Cordlife Group (SGX:P8A) applied for extensions from the Singapore Exchange Regulation to delay its annual general meeting, sustainability report, and first-quarter financial statements, according to a Tuesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The company seeks to push the AGM and sustainability report deadlines by six weeks to June 11, and the Q1 results by one month to June 15.
The request follows delays in finalizing its FY2024 audited financial statements due to ongoing tests on cryogenic storage tanks.
Results from one outstanding third-party lab are expected by the end of March, which could affect financial disclosures and liabilities. Cordlife resumed full operations in Singapore in January after its service licenses were renewed.
