KMD Brands (ASX:KMD, NZE:KMD) reported Wednesday that its loss per diluted share in the fiscal first half widened to NZ$0.03 from a loss of NZ$0.014 per diluted share a year earlier.
Analysts polled by Visible Alpha were expecting a loss per diluted share of NZ$0.0252.
Sales revenue for the six months ended Jan. 31 was NZ$470.9 million, up from NZ$468.6 million in the same period a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by Visible Alpha expected NZ$457.3 million.
The board did not declare a dividend.
The company's shares were down almost 3% in New Zealand in recent Wednesday trade.
