0724 GMT - ISOTeam's earnings outlook appears brighter, Maybank Research's Jarick Seet says in a report. The analyst cites Singapore's continuing construction upcycle, the facilities maintenance specialist's strong order book and the company CEO's share purchases. The deployment of the company's artificial-intelligence drone painting solution could also lift margins, the analyst says. ISOTeam is currently the only contractor with this solution locally, which could cut costs by 30%-40%, Seet says. The brokerage lifts its FY 2026 and FY 2027 forecasts for the company's profit after tax and minority interests by 8.0% and 11.5%, respectively. It raises the stock's target price to S$0.104 from S$0.090, with an unchanged buy rating. Shares are 1.3% lower at S$0.077. (ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
