Orora (ASX:ORA) said that only a small number of Saverglass' customers filed a complaint with the French Competition Authority over price increases in the glass packaging sector, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The customers represent only minor trading relationships and the complaint relates to the period before its 2023 acquisition of Saverglass, the filing said.
Investigations of this nature typically take years to complete, the filing added.
Shares of the company rose 3% in recent Monday trade.
