Innoviz Technologies (INVZ) said Friday it received a notification from Nasdaq stating that it is not in compliance with a listing rule after its shares closed below $1 for 30 consecutive business days.
The notification has no immediate effect on its listing, and the company has until Sept. 22 to regain compliance.
Innoviz said it will monitor its stock price during the grace period and consider its options to meet the minimum bid price requirement.
