Poly Property Services (HKG:6049) attributable profit rose 6.8% to 1.47 billion yuan in 2024 from 1.38 billion yuan in 2023, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Earnings per share at the property manager increased 7.1% to 2.683 yuan from 2.505 yuan in the previous year.
Revenue grew 8.5% to 16.3 billion yuan from 15.1 billion yuan a year earlier.
The company declared a final dividend of 1.332 yuan per share, payable July 25.
