Optiscan Imaging (ASX:OIL) promoted its current finance manager Darius Ooi to the role of Chief Financial Officer after an operational review, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
Belinda Williamson was appointed to the position of Chief Commercial Officer to lead its sales and marketing team.
Its Chief Operating Officer Brendan Fafiani stepped down from this role to pursue other opportunities.
