Livium (ASX:LIT) named Phillip Campbell as its independent non-executive chair effective April 1, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
Philip Thick, who is currently acting as the firm's interim non-executive chair will transition back to the role of non-executive director, the filing said.
Its shares jumped 11% in recent trading on Monday.
