Twin Hospitality (TWNP) said Monday Chief Executive Officer Joe Hummel resigned, effective April 10.

The restaurant company said Chief Financial Officer Ken Kuick was named interim chief executive.

Twin Hospitality also said Chief Legal Officer Clay Mingus resigned, effective April 10 and that Allen Sussman, general counsel of FAT Brands (FAT), was named interim chief legal officer.

Shares were down 0.7% in recent trading.
