Motorola Solutions (MSI) said Monday it has agreed to acquire InVisit, a provider of cloud-based visitor management technology.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Motorola said the acquisition will expand its cloud-native Avigilon Alta security suite, helping enterprise customers address growing security threats to people, operations and assets worldwide.

After closing, the company said Avigilon Alta will integrate InVisit's visitor management technology alongside its existing security features, such as video security, access control, intercom systems, virtual monitoring, and wireless locks.

The transaction is expected to close in Q2.
