Willas-Array (SGX:BDR, HKG:0854) booked an attributable loss to owners of HK$66.1 million in the nine months ended Dec. 31, 2024, compared with an attributable loss of HK$169.2 million in the 12 months ended March 31, 2024.

Loss per share came in at HK$0.7539 compared with HK$1.9313 in the comparable period, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Revenue for the period stood at HK$1.83 billion, versus HK$2.66 billion in the fiscal year ended March 31, 2024, the filing said.

The reporting period covers a nine-month period ended December 31, 2024, while the comparative financial statements cover a twelve-month period ended March 31, 2024. The comparative amounts are therefore not entirely comparable, the company said in the filing.
