LVGEM (China) Real Estate Investment's (HKG:0095) loss attributable to owners in 2024 widened year on year to 5.17 billion yuan from 2.13 billion yuan.
Loss per share increased to 1 yuan from 0.417 yuan, according to a Hong Kong Stock Exchange disclosure on Monday.
The property developer's revenue slumped to 3.71 billion yuan from 6.12 billion yuan in the previous year, the disclosure said.
The company's shares fell nearly 5% in recent trade on Tuesday.
