A-Mark Precious Metals (AMRK) said Friday it bought the remaining 90% of AMS Holding it did not already own, finalizing the deal on April 1.
AMS operates the GOVMINT brand and reported $204 million in revenue and $9.3 million in adjusted EBITDA for 2024, A-Mark said.
A-Mark also declared a $0.20 per share quarterly dividend, payable on April 29 to shareholders of record as of April 15.
Shares of the company were up over 3% in recent Friday premarket activity.
