Yongmao Holdings (SGX:BKX) said its subsidiaries, YMHK and EEL, along with four other parties, received a legal claim from the mother of a worker killed in a 2022 tower crane accident in Hong Kong, according to a Tuesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The claim, dated March 19, alleges negligence, including failure to ensure site safety, the filing said.

Yongmao said it is reviewing the claim with its legal counsel.
