AEM Holdings (SGX:AWX) issued and allotted 158,290 shares, pursuant to the vesting of awards granted under the company's 2017 performance share plan, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
The new shares are expected to be listed and quoted on or about April 3, with trading expected to start on the same date.
Following the allotment of the shares, the total number of the issued and paid-up shares of the company is 315,919,841.
Shares of the company were down nearly 2% in recent trading.
