COSCO Shipping Development's (HKG:2866, SHA:601866) profit attributable to owners in 2024 climbed 20% to 1.69 billion yuan from 1.41 billion yuan, according to a Hong Kong Stock Exchange filing on March 28.
Earnings per share increased year on year to 0.12 yuan from 0.10 yuan.
The Chinese container manufacturing company jumped 76% to 27.4 billion yuan from 15.5 billion yuan in the preceding year, the filing said.
The company's Hong Kong shares rose 1% in recent trade.
