The High Court of Hong Kong ordered the winding up of Differ Group Auto (HKG:6878), appointing the official receiver as provisional liquidator, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Following the order, trading in the company's shares was suspended at 11:00 a.m. The company will issue further updates as necessary.
The financial services provider was served with a winding-up petition related to payments for a bond worth HK$6 million in June 2023.
