Zhongyu Energy's (HKG:3633) attributable profit fell 41% to HK$146.4 million in 2024 from HK$246.7 million in 2023, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Earnings per share at the gas company decreased to HK$0.0525 from HK$0.0874 in the previous year.
Revenue declined 1.3% to HK$13.5 billion from HK$13.6 billion a year earlier.
The company declared a final dividend of HK$0.02 per share, payable July 15 to shareholders on record as of June 12.
