Webjet Group (ASX:WJL) said Commonwealth Bank of Australia (ASX:CBA) is no longer a substantial shareholder of the company, effective Tuesday, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The bank and its affiliates became a substantial shareholder of the company on Sept. 25, 2024, after gaining relevant interests of about 21.5 million shares, a separate filing showed.

Webjet Group's shares fell nearly 1% in recent Wednesday trade.
