True North Copper (ASX:TNC) started a reverse circulation drilling program at the Great Australia Mine (GAM) within its Cloncurry copper project in Queensland, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The 15-hole, 3,000-meter program will test highly prospective geophysical targets at the mine and is expected to be completed in April, with assay results expected within six to eight weeks, the filing said.
Shares of the company fell nearly 2% in recent Tuesday trade.
