EcoWise (SGX:5CT) through its subsidiary, Sunrich, completed the sale of a property in Malaysia, for a purchase consideration of 14.0 million ringgit, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Thursday.
The property has not been used by the subsidiary or the parent and is held under a 99-year leasehold.
