1038 ET - The Energy Information Administration says production of uranium concentrate in the U.S. in 2024 was the highest since 2018, due in part to climbing uranium prices. The EIA says that two facilities, one in Texas and one in Wyoming, were responsible for the uptick, along with a Utah facility that resumed operation last year. Commodity traders have had a growing interest ways to trade uranium, prompting a number of new ETFs and attempts at offerings in the crypto market. (kirk.maltais@wsj.com)
