IHH Healthcare (SGX:Q0F, KLSE:IHH) issued 26,000 shares at 5.87 Malaysian ringgit each pursuant to the exercise of options under the company's 2023 Enterprise Option Scheme.
The new shares will be listed on April 4, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
