FEO Hospitality Asset Management Pte. Ltd., the manager of Far East Hospitality Trust (SGX:Q5T), said Wee Kheng Jin will step down as non-executive chairman and director, effective April 30, according to a Wednesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

Jin is leaving as part of a board renewal process. There are no unresolved differences between him and the board.

The executive has served in the role since 2011 and holds 824,998 stapled securities in the trust.
