Tesla $(TSLA)$: The e-vehicle maker's quarterly delivery figures are expected early Wednesday. Shares shed about 1% ahead of the open. The stock has slid this year amid a consumer backlash to Elon Musk's political activities, and tariff uncertainty.

Auto stocks: In Germany, shares of automotive supplier Continental (XE:CON) and BMW (XE:BMW) both declined. In Asia, Hyundai (KR: 005380) lost 1.2%. Ford $(F)$, General Motors $(GM)$ and Jeep maker Stellantis $(STLA)$ were little changed in U.S. premarket trading.

Global pharma stocks: Danish Ozempic maker Novo Nordisk (NVO, DK: NOVO.B) fell more than 2%. Also under pressure: Germany's Bayer (XE:BAYN), France's Sanofi (FR:SAN) and the U.K.'s GSK (U.K.:GSK, GSK). Most U.S. drug makers were little changed ahead of the bell.

Newsmax $(NMAX)$: Shares slid more than 30% premarket, continuing a rollercoaster first week of trading for the conservative TV outlet.

Grifols (ES:GRF): Private-equity firm Brookfield Asset Management (CA:BAM, BAM) has reopened takeover talks with Grifols. The pharmaceutical company's shares jumped 14% in Madrid midday trading.
