Qingling Motors (HKG:1122) named Song Xiumin as chief financial officer effective Tuesday, according to a same-day filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Song was the responsible person of the financial department of controlling shareholder Qingling Group prior to her appointment as CFO.
Shares fell 1% during Wednesday's afternoon trading.
