LPL Financial (LPLA) said late Monday it priced a public offering of about 4.7 million common shares at $320 apiece.
Underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to 703,125 additional shares.
The company expects the offering close Wednesday and plans to use the net proceeds to help fund its proposed acquisition of Commonwealth Financial Network.
LPL shares were down 1.1% in recent premarket activity Tuesday.
