Sunshine Biopharma (SBFM) said Thursday it has raised about $2.5 million following the close of its registered direct offering of shares and pre-funded warrants to institutional investors.
The company said it will use the proceeds for general corporate purposes and working capital. Aegis Capital Corp. was the placement agent for the offering.
