Westpac Banking (ASX:WBC, NZE:WBC) launched a digital invoice finance product integrating with a cloud-based accounting software, the financial services company said in a statement Thursday.

The product features a 24/7 self-service portal and real-time drawdown, allowing businesses to access funds within minutes once approved, according to Tamara Bryden, the managing director of business lending at Westpac.

The company's shares fell 2% in Australia in morning trade Thursday, while its Kiwi shares tumbled 4%.
