OSR Holdings (OSRH) said Thursday it signed an agreement that allows the company to sell up to $80 million in stock to White Lion GBM Innovation Fund over time.

Aptevo Therapeutics (APVO) said it struck a deal to sell almost 1.8 million shares in a registered direct offering, with warrants to buy up to about 3.5 million shares, at a combined purchase price of $1.19 per share and warrant.
Shares of the company soared 44% as intraday trading volume surged to over 72 million from a daily average of about 497,000.
