Following the latest purchases, Haveli Investments owns 7.9% of Couchbase's outstanding stock.
Shares of Couchbase have gained 4.3% since the beginning of this year.
Victoria's Secret $(VSCO)$ BBRC International raised its stake in the women's lounge- and sleepwear maker to 10,098,131 shares. BBRC International did so through the purchase of 923,112 Victoria's Secret shares from March 12 through March 28, 2025, at per share prices ranging from $16.62 to $19.50. Following the latest purchases, BBRC International owns 12.8% of Victoria's Secret's outstanding stock.
Shares of Victoria's Secret have lost more than half of their value since the beginning of 2025.
Enviri $(NVRI)$ Neuberger Berman raised its stake in the industrial services company to 6,242,821 shares. Neuberger Berman did so through the purchase of 846,796 Enviri shares from Feb. 25 through March 24, 2025, at per share prices ranging from $5.89 to $7.20, then offset those purchases through the sale of 25,183 Enviri shares from Jan. 23 to March 24 at $5.75 to $9.64 apiece. Following the latest purchases, Neuberger Berman owns 7.8% of Enviri's outstanding stock.

Decreases in Holdings
Universal Technical Institute $(UTI)$ Coliseum Capital Management lowered its stake in the educational institution to 5,145,755 shares. Coliseum Capital did so in the sale of 1,704,881 Universal Technical Institute shares through a pair of open market block trades from Feb. 10 through March 27, 2025, at per share prices ranging from $25.35 to $28.20. Following the latest sales, Coliseum Capital Management continues to own 9.5% of Universal Technical Institute's outstanding stock.
Shares of Universal Technical Institute have gained 4.8% in value since the beginning of 2025.
First Solar $(FSLR)$ Farhad "Fred" Ebrahimi reduced his stake in the solar-energy panel maker to 5,296,289 shares, or 4.95% of shares outstanding. Ebrahimi sold 1,638,805 First Solar shares from March 7 through March 25, 2025, at per share prices ranging from $129.86 to $135.39, then offset those sales through the purchase of 64,401 First Solar shares from Jan. 30 to March 24 at $133.62 to $168 apiece. Ebrahimi, who made his fortune in software, has been a First Solar shareholder since 2018 but recently dropped below the 5% ownership threshold for the first time since August 2024.
Shares of First Solar are down nearly a third since the beginning of this year.
