Zheneng Jinjiang Environment (SGX:BWM) and wholly owned subsidiary, Hangzhou Jinhuan entered into facility agreements with Zheneng Finance to acquire new loan facilities of up to 540 million yuan, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.
The annual interest rate of the new facility is 2.30% and will be used for the group's working capital needs.
The amounts under the new facility will be repaid in installments.
