American Vanguard (AVD) said Friday it received notice from the New York Stock Exchange stating it is not in compliance with a listing rule due to a delay in filing its annual report on Form 10-K for the year ended Dec. 31 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company said it's working to complete the filing as soon as possible.
