SOUTHLAKE, Texas, April 4, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Pinnacle Mergers & Acquisitions, a nationally recognized auto dealership brokerage firm, has facilitated the successful sale of Groove Ford and Groove Mazda in Denver, Colorado, to AutoNation $(AN)$, one of the largest automotive retailers in the United States. Pinnacle represented the buyer in this strategic acquisition from Summit Automotive Partners. The dealerships will now operate under the names AutoNation Ford Arapahoe and AutoNation Mazda Arapahoe, further strengthening AutoNation's footprint in the growing Colorado automotive market.
