Lucid Diagnostics (LUCD) shares fell more than 25% in recent trading on Thursday, a day after the company priced its offering of
12.5 million shares at $1.20 per share.
Lucid said it expects to close the offering April 11. It plans to use the proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes.
