Spartan Resources (ASX:SPR) agreed to acquire the remaining 20% interest in the Dalgaranga Gold Project in Western Australia, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The acquisition, valued at AU$2.5 million, covers four exploration tenements and will dissolve the two existing joint ventures, the filing said.
Funding will come from Spartan's cash reserves, with completion expected in the coming days, the filing added.
