The ASX 200 soared more than six per cent on Thursday morning after US President Donald Trump announced he would pause tariffs on most countries for 90 days.

Sky News Business Reporter Ed Boyd said it is the “best day at the moment since March 2020”.

Top performers include Zip, Pro Medicus, HUB24, Goodman Group, and Mineral Resources.
