Sihuan Pharmaceutical (HKG:0460) bought back 10 million shares from the market for nearly HK$5.9 million, or an average of HK$0.5866 apiece, a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.
The shares represent roughly 0.1077% of the pharmaceutical company's issued share capital.
The firm intends to hold the shares as treasury shares.
