Venu Holding (VENU) said Thursday it signed a three-year exclusive national expansion agreement with tax services firm Ryan to accelerate the rollout of its live music venues across the US.
Under the deal, Ryan will secure development sites, structure public-private partnerships and economic incentives to support its growth strategy, the company said.
Ryan will secure two new public-private partnerships per quarter, accelerating the pace of its market entries and enabling it to scale efficiently, Venu said.
Financial terms of the collaboration were not disclosed.
