Ta Ya Electric Wire & Cable's (TPE:1609) board approved the sale of 100% equity interest in Heng Ya Electric (Kunshan) for no less than 170 million yuan.
The stake, comprising 23.5 million shares, will be sold to an undisclosed buyer, according to a Thursday Taiwan Exchange filing.
The sale is based on the group's overall operational planning needs.
