Generally, when a single insider buys stock, it is usually not a big deal. However, when several insiders are buying, like in the case of USCB Financial Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:USCB), it sends a favourable message to the company's shareholders.
While insider transactions are not the most important thing when it comes to long-term investing, we would consider it foolish to ignore insider transactions altogether.
Trump has pledged to "unleash" American oil and gas and these 15 US stocks have developments that are poised to benefit.
The Executive VP & CFO Robert Anderson made the biggest insider purchase in the last 12 months. That single transaction was for US$226k worth of shares at a price of US$11.48 each. We do like to see buying, but this purchase was made at well below the current price of US$16.76. While it does suggest insiders consider the stock undervalued at lower prices, this transaction doesn't tell us much about what they think of current prices.
