BlockBeats News, April 11th, according to Decrypt, digital asset management company Grayscale Investments has reached a settlement agreement with Osprey Funds after a two-year-long legal dispute. According to documents filed with the Connecticut Appellate Court on April 9th, the parties will finalize the settlement within 45 days. The dispute originated in January 2023 when Osprey accused Grayscale of misleading investors in its Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) regarding the prospect of converting it into an ETF. In February of this year, the court issued a ruling in favor of Grayscale, after which Osprey filed an appeal. Currently, the terms of the settlement have not been made public, and representatives from both sides have not issued a public statement.
