The sushi operator says it again raised prices in the latest quarter, helping it offset food inflation. The company has been implementing hikes to menu prices since at least April 2024. Kura Sushi's results also benefited from its plan to open new locations this year, which hasn't changed yet despite the effects that the current macroeconomic environment is having on the U.S. consumer spending power due to inflation, as well as the overall consumer confidence.
