Indian real estate developer Prestige Estates Projects (NSE:PRESTIGE, BOM:533274) has incorporated a subsidiary named Prestige Vaishnaoi Hospitality, according to a Saturday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.
The new entity has been incorporated to develop a hospitality project in Hyderabad, India.
The company holds a 51% stake in Prestige Vaishnaoi after subscribing to 82,620 equity shares at 10 Indian rupees each amounting to a total investment of 826,200 rupees.
