Max Financial Services (NSE:MFSL, BOM:500271) has appointed Nishant Kumar Gehlawat as chief financial officer and key managerial personnel of the company, effective May 1, according to a Tuesday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.
He will take over from Amrit Pal Singh, who will step down from the position on April 30 on completion of his three-year term. He will continue to be the CFO of Axis Max Life Insurance.
Shares of the company were up over 2% in recent trade.
