PWR Holdings (ASX:PWH) said it expects the additional 10% tariff imposed by the US government on imports from Australia will have an "immaterial" impact on the firm's fiscal 2025 financial results, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
The 25% tariffs imposed on imports of aluminum and automotive products do not currently apply to the firm's products.
The company said it already started initiatives such as accelerating the delivery of key US-based manufacturing capacity and relocating the manufacturing of certain items to the US facility to reduce potential exposure and boost its existing US manufacturing operations.
The company said 32% of the firm's manufactured product revenue, excluding services, was from the US in the first half of fiscal 2025, with only AU$8.8 million imported via sales from PWR Australia.
PWR Holdings' shares rose almost 1% in recent trading on Wednesday.
