BlockBeats News, April 16, Web3 social app Towns Protocol announced that it will launch the TOWNS token in the second quarter, with a total supply of 10 billion tokens. The initial airdrop ratio is 10% and will be issued on the Base chain and Ethereum.
BlockBeats previously reported that Web3 social app Towns Protocol completed a $10 million Series B funding on April 11, led by a16z crypto, with Coinbase Ventures participating for the first time and Benchmark continuing to invest. As early as February 2023, Towns completed a $25.5 million Series A funding, also led by a16z.
