BCI Minerals (ASX:BCI) said it will progress to full-scale operations at its Mardie salt and potash project in Western Australia after receiving approval from the Australian government, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
The company received approval from the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment, and Water for its groundwater monitoring and management plan for the project.
Together with prior Western Australian government approvals, this will allow the firm to begin filling the remaining operational ponds and start commissioning the crystallizers at the project, the filing said.
