Technology company Sagarsoft (India) (BOM:540143) has incorporated a subsidiary in the US named Sarral Global to expand its cyber security business in the country, according to a BSE filing on Tuesday.
IT CATS, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sagarsoft, holds 51% in the new Amercican subsidiary with an initial investment of $5,100.
Sagarsoft's shares were up over 9% in recent trade.
