Ganesha Ecosphere (NSE:GANECOS, BOM:514167) has invested 24.5 million Indian rupees in Ganesha Recycling Chain by subscribing to 245,000 equity shares at 100 rupees each, including a premium of 90 rupees per share, according to an Indian bourse filing on Tuesday.

Ganesha Ecosphere continues to hold a 49% stake in Ganesha Recycling Chain, it said.
